At Bliss Budget Boutique, all sales are final. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Each item is carefully handmade, and as a result, slight variations in color, texture, or detail may occur. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and contribute to the uniqueness of each product. While minor imperfections may be present, we take great care to ensure every item meets our quality standards.

In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@blissbudgetboutique.com, and include your order number along with a clear photo of the issue. We will review your request and work with you to resolve the matter.
